CM Mask 2-102
Peelable Masking Resin provides excellent surface protection during aggressive surface finishing operations such as plating, anodizing, grit blasting, air plasma spraying, acid stripping, media blasting, shot peening and polishing. This flexible, high adhesion masking resin is ideal for protecting steel, aluminum, titanium, cobalt and other commonly used metals in the aerospace and medical implant industries. CM Mask 2-102 contains no nonreactive solvents and quickly cures when exposed to UV light. After processing, it is easily removed by peeling after a short hot water soak at 85°C (185°F).
CM Mask 2-104
Peelable Masking Resin provides excellent surface protection of rough or porous components during mild to moderate surface finishing processes such as grit blasting, shot peening and polishing. This flexible, high adhesion UV curable masking resin is ideal for protecting steel, aluminum, titanium, cobalt, and other commonly used metals in the aerospace, medical implant and metal finishing industries. CM Mask 2-104 contains no nonreactive solvents and quickly cures when exposed to UV light. After processing, it is easily removed by peeling.
CM Mask 2-107
Peelable Masking Resin provides excellent surface protection during moderate to aggressive surface finishing operations such as grit blasting, shot peening, polishing and acid stripping. This flexible, high adhesion masking resin is ideal for protecting steel, aluminum, titanium, cobalt, nickel and other commonly used metals in the aerospace and medical implant industries. CM Mask 2-107 contains no nonreactive solvents and quickly cures when exposed to UV light. After processing, it is easily removed by peeling after a short hot water soak at at 50°C (122°F).

This hard, high adhesion mask is ideal for protecting nickel based alloys commonly used in the manufacturing of hot engine components such as blades, vanes, rotors, transitions, etc. CM Mask 2-101 contains no nonreactive solvents and cures quickly when exposed to UV light. After processing, it is easily removed by incineration at temperatures above 650°C (1200°F).
